Right-of-Way Encroachment

Pipelines operate within designated rights-of-way (ROW) — secured corridors that allow for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of pipeline facilities. When other infrastructure or activities need to occur within or across this corridor, they are classified as encroachments or crossings.

Your activity may require a crossing agreement with North Coast Gas Transmission. Please complete and return the downloadable Encroachment Request following the instructions on the form.
